How do I know if my mass email was sent?

To check if your mass email was sent in AXLE, follow these steps:

  1. Access the Campaigns Section: Go to the left-hand side of your AXLE portal. In the black toolbar, scroll down until you find the ‘Campaigns’ option.
  2. Navigate to Mass Campaigns: Under ‘Campaigns,’ click on ‘Mass Campaigns.’ This is where you can manage your email campaigns.
  3. Go to Sent Folder: Within ‘Mass Campaigns,’ click on the ‘Sent’ folder. This is where you can find previously sent email campaigns.
  4. Review Sent Emails: In the ‘Sent’ folder, you will see a list of mass email campaigns that have been sent. Look for the specific email campaign you want to check.
  5. Access Email Data: Click on the email campaign to access its details. Here, you can view data and metrics related to the campaign, including information on recipients, open rates, click-through rates, and more.
  6. Email Data Availability: Your email campaign data, including sent status and other metrics, will generate and become available shortly after the campaign has started being opened and clicked by recipients.
