How do I respond to a text?

  1. Access the ‘Messages’ Section: Start by navigating to the ‘Talk’ section in your AXLE portal. This section is typically where you manage and monitor text message communications.  Within the ‘Talk’ section, you should find an option labeled ‘Messages.’ Click on ‘Messages’ to access your text message conversations.
  2. View Incoming Messages: In the ‘Messages’ tab, you will see a list of incoming text messages and conversations. These are replies or messages received from clients or recipients.
  3. Select the Conversation: Click on the conversation or message thread that you want to respond to. This will open up the conversation, displaying the received messages and providing a space for your response.
  4. Compose Your Response: In the conversation view, you can compose your response in the text box provided. Type your message, and when you’re ready to send, click the ‘Send’ button to send your response.
  5. Send Your Reply: After clicking ‘Send’, your response will be sent to the recipient, continuing the conversation.

By following these steps, you can effectively respond to text messages received in AXLE. The ‘Talk’ section and ‘Messages’ tab provide you with the tools to manage and engage in text message conversations with your clients or recipients.
