Why do I need to add DNS records to my domain?
Here’s the deal. To be able to send emails from your studio website, we need you to first authorize us by adding DNS records to your domain.
It’s a simple backend authorization that has nothing to do with your actual website. Once added, nothing will change on the site, except for emailing!
What if I need help doing this?
You can send us your GoDaddy login (or wherever you registered it) and we’ll gladly do it for you. For safety, we recommend sending your login information via a secure method like Share a Secret. Just email the link generated from that page to support@youraxle.zendesk.com.
