Can I see if a client received an email?

To review if a client received a mass campaign, please follow these steps:

  1. Access the Campaigns Section: Start by going to the left-hand side of your AXLE portal. In the black toolbar, scroll down until you find the ‘Campaigns’ option.
  2. Navigate to Mass Campaigns: Under ‘Campaigns,’ click on ‘Mass Campaigns.’ This is where you can manage your email campaigns.
  3. Go to Sent Folder: Within ‘Mass Campaigns,’ click on your ‘Sent’ folder. This is where you can find previously sent email campaigns.
  4. Select the Email: Locate the specific email campaign you want to review. Click on the email to access its details.
  5. View Activity Log: Within the email details, scroll down to find the ‘Activity Log.’ This log provides information about which clients received, opened, and clicked within the email.
  6. Search for Specific Clients: If you want to check the activity of a specific client, you can use the search bar to locate the client by their name or email address.

By following these steps, you can review the activity log for a sent email campaign in AXLE, allowing you to see if clients received the email and track their interactions with it.

This feature helps you monitor the effectiveness of your email campaigns and provides valuable insights into client engagement.
