If I add a class, does it automatically show up on the app?

Yes, the AXLE system automatically syncs with Mindbody multiple times each hour, ensuring that new classes are updated on the app. However, you can also manually sync the information if needed:

  1. Automatic Sync:
    • The system refreshes data from Mindbody frequently throughout the day, so your new class should appear on the app shortly after being added.
  2. Manual Sync:
    • If you need the class to show up immediately, you can manually update the information:
      • In the top-right corner of your AXLE portal, click the gear icon.
      • Next to Class Schedule, click Update.

This manual process ensures any changes or additions to your class schedule are reflected promptly on the app. If the class still doesn’t appear, verify the setup in Mindbody to ensure all details are correct.
