If your classes are not appearing on the app or recent changes in Mindbody are not reflected, follow these steps:
- Manually Sync the System:
- In the top-right corner of your AXLE portal, click the gear icon.
- Next to Class Schedule, click Update to manually refresh the schedule.
- Perform a Full Data Refresh:
- If you want to refresh all data, including the schedule, click Full Data Refresh.
- Verify Class Setup in Mindbody:
- Ensure that the classes are correctly configured in Mindbody, including all required details (time, location, instructor, etc.).
- Save Changes in Mindbody:
- Confirm that all updates in Mindbody were saved properly before syncing.
By manually syncing or performing a full data refresh, you can ensure that your class schedule updates are promptly reflected in the app. If issues persist, double-check your Mindbody settings or contact support for assistance.
