To indicate a closed business day on the app, follow these steps:
- Cancel Classes in Mindbody:
- Log in to your Mindbody account.
- Navigate to the class schedule and cancel all classes for the day(s) you will be closed.
- Allow the App to Sync:
- The AXLE system syncs with Mindbody multiple times each hour. Once the cancellations are processed in Mindbody, the app will update to reflect the changes.
- Manual Refresh (Optional):
- If you want to expedite the update:
- In your AXLE portal, click the gear icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Update next to Class Schedule.
