When a client opts into the roster inside the Early Cancellation window, does the API trigger Mindbody to send a booking confirmation text & email?

When a client opts into the roster during the early cancellation window, the Mindbody API does not automatically trigger a booking confirmation email or SMS. Typically, your communication flow should include a push notification or text message sent during the early cancellation window if a spot becomes available and someone is on the waitlist. When the client books the spot, the confirmation will come from Mindbody.

To ensure clients receive timely notifications, consider configuring your Mindbody auto emails and text messages. These automated communications can be set up to send confirmations and reminders for bookings, cancellations, and other client interactions.
