- Create a Campaign: Start by creating a new email campaign in AXLE.
- Edit the Design: Within the campaign, you can edit the design of the email template to your desired specifications. Customize the layout, content, colors, and other elements to match your updated template design.
- Save the Campaign as a Template: After you’ve edited and finalized the design of your email campaign, go to the ‘Action’ dropdown menu within the campaign editor.
- Select ‘Save as Template’: From the ‘Action’ dropdown menu, select ‘Save as Template.’ This action will save the updated campaign as a new email template.
- Email Support: To make this new template your default template, send an email to help@axl3.com. In your email, provide the following information:
- The name of the newly created template.
- A request to make this template the default template for your AXLE account.
- Support Team Update: The AXLE support team will receive your request and update your account’s default email template to the one you specified.
By following these steps and requesting the support team’s assistance, you can update your default email template in AXLE to reflect the changes you’ve made to your campaign design. This ensures that future email campaigns use the updated template as the default design.
