To check if a lead has been contacted:
- Access the Client Profile:
- Navigate to the client’s profile in your AXLE portal.
- Review Client History:
- On the profile page, locate the Client History section. This shows all mass campaigns and automations associated with the client.
- View Text Icon Details:
- Click the Text icon to see all notes, text message exchanges, and outgoing/incoming calls.
This provides a complete record of interactions with the client.
