How does the Do Not Disturb setting work?

How Do Not Disturb Setting Works:

The Do Not Disturb setting in AXLE is designed to give clients control over their communication preferences. When a client activates the Do Not Disturb setting, it has the following effects:

  1. No Automations: Clients with Do Not Disturb enabled will no longer receive any automated messages or communications if you set up an automation to ‘Respect Do Not Disturb’. This includes automated emails, texts, or other messages generated by the system.
  2. Removal from Buckets: Clients with Do Not Disturb enabled will be removed from any client groups or buckets they may have previously qualified for. This ensures that they are not included in any future automated or targeted communications.

How to Enable Do Not Disturb for a Client:

To enable the Do Not Disturb setting for a client, follow these steps:

  1. Access Client Profile: Navigate to the specific client’s profile within AXLE. This can typically be done within the CRM section of your AXLE portal.
  2. Toggle Do Not Disturb: At the top right corner of the client’s profile, you should find a toggle or switch for the Do Not Disturb feature. Simply toggle this switch to the ‘on’ position to activate Do Not Disturb for that client.
  3. Enabling Do Not Disturb allows clients to have control over their communication preferences and ensures that they no longer receive automated messages or belong to client groups.

This feature is useful for clients who may want to temporarily pause communications or limit the messages they receive from your organization.
