To set business hours for your phone line in the AXLE portal, follow these steps:
- Access the Phone System:
- On the left-hand side of your AXLE portal, locate the black toolbar.
- Scroll down to Talk and click on Phone System.
- View Phone Lines:
- Click on View Phone Lines to see the list of lines.
- Edit Line Settings:
- In the far-right column labeled Action, click Settings for the phone line you wish to edit.
- Adjust Business Hours:
- At the top of the screen, find the section for Custom Hours and make the necessary adjustments.
- Save Changes:
- After setting the hours, ensure you save your changes to apply them.
This process allows you to define when your phone line is available, ensuring calls are routed appropriately during business and non-business hours.
