Where can I see which clients received the automations I have running?

To identify which clients have received your active automations in the AXLE portal, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Campaigns: On the left-hand side of your AXLE portal, locate the black toolbar and scroll down to the “Campaigns” section.
  2. Access Automations Activity: Within “Campaigns,” select “Automations,” then click on “Activity” from the dropdown menu.
  3. Select the Specific Campaign: In the “Activity” section, find the campaign you’re interested in and click “View” next to it.
  4. Review Recipient Data: Here, you’ll find detailed information about the automation, including the list of clients who have received the campaign.

This process enables you to monitor and analyze the reach of your automations effectively.
