I’ve merged client information but they are still in the duplicate bucket.

This process works through a live sync and should update immediately. If the duplicate bucket has not refreshed, you may need to:

  1. Go to the gear icon at the top right of your CRM.
  2. Next to ‘Lists’, Select Reset for the list to force a refresh.

This should resolve the issue promptly.
