How do I deduct rewards points from a client account?

To manually deduct rewards points from a client account in your AXLE portal:

  1. Navigate to the Rewards Program:
    • On the left-hand side of your portal, locate the black toolbar.
    • Scroll down to CRM and select Rewards Program.
  2. Enter Points Manually:
    • Click Manual Entry.
  3. Fill Out the Form:
    • Complete the required fields, including client details and points amount.
    • Set the Type toggle to Redeem.
  4. Submit the Deduction:
    • Once the form is filled out, click Submit to deduct the points from the client’s account.

This process ensures that rewards points are accurately deducted from the client’s account as needed.
