How do I create an email template?

To create an email template, please follow these steps:

  1. Access the Campaigns Section: Start by going to the left-hand side of your AXLE portal. In the black toolbar, scroll down until you find the ‘Campaigns’ option.
  2. Navigate to Mass Campaigns: Under ‘Campaigns,’ click on ‘Mass Campaigns.’ This is where you can manage your email campaigns.
  3. Locate Your Email: In the ‘Mass Campaigns’ section, you can search for the email you want to create a template of. You can find it in either your ‘Drafts’ or ‘Sent’ folder, depending on its current status.
  4. Select Email to Create a Template: Hover over the email you would like to create a template of. This should reveal additional options.
  5. Choose ‘Action’: Click on ‘Action’ to access a menu of actions you can perform on the email.
  6. Select ‘Save as Template’: From the ‘Action’ menu, select ‘Save as Template.’ This action allows you to save the email as an email template that can be reused for future campaigns.
  7. Template Created: The email will now be saved as an email template that you can access and use when creating new email campaigns. It will be available in the email template library for future reference.

By following these steps, you can create email templates in AXLE, making it easier to design and send consistent email campaigns by reusing saved templates for different purposes.
