- Reach out to your franchisor/leadership team to request the creation of new follow-up buckets.
- If You Are a Franchisor:
- Add the request to your shared agenda for your recurring AXLE check-in calls.
- If you are not part of a Franchise or enterprise brand:
- Send in a help ticket to help@axl3.com and we’ll add it to the recurring check in process.
