When you receive ‘account delete requests’ on your dashboard, these are requests from clients who wish to have their accounts deleted from your system and requested them to be deleted in your premium branded app. To process these requests effectively, follow these steps:
- Deactivate the Client in Mindbody: Start by deactivating the client’s account in Mindbody. This ensures that the client is no longer active within your Mindbody system.
- Mark as Processed in Our CRM: Next, within our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, you’ll need to mark the client’s request as processed. Here’s how to do it:
- Click on ‘click here to view’ to access the detailed information of the account delete request.
- Select the client whose account is being deleted.
- Click on ‘Mark as Processed’ to indicate that the request has been handled and processed within our CRM.
By following these steps, you effectively manage ‘account delete requests’ by deactivating the client in Mindbody and marking the request as processed in our CRM. This ensures that the client’s request is addressed appropriately.
If the member who requested to be deleted has an active membership or active packages, you may want to contact them to confirm they want to delete their account.
