How do I upload my own list for an email?

To upload your own list of emails for an email campaign, follow these steps:

  1. Access the Campaigns Section: Start by going to the left-hand side of your AXLE portal. In the black toolbar, scroll down until you find the ‘Campaigns’ option.
  2. Navigate to Mass Campaigns: Under ‘Campaigns,’ click on ‘Mass Campaigns.’ This is where you can manage your email campaigns.
  3. Go to Mass Campaign Edit Page: Locate the specific email campaign you want to work on and click on it to access the edit page for that campaign.
  4. Access Campaign Recipients: Within the campaign edit page, scroll down to find the ‘Campaign Recipients’ section. This is where you can manage the recipients of your email campaign.
  5. Select ‘+ Import Subscribers for This List’: To upload your own list of emails, click on the ‘+ Import Subscribers for This List’ button. This action will allow you to add custom email addresses to your campaign.
  6. Input Email Addresses: You have two options for adding email addresses:
    1. Copy and Paste: You can manually copy and paste the list of email addresses into the provided field.
    2. Upload CSV File: Alternatively, you can upload a CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file containing the email addresses.
  7. Select ‘Import Now’: After adding the email addresses to the field or uploading the CSV file, click the ‘Import Now’ button to confirm and complete the process.
