- Check Employee Email Address: First, ensure that the email address associated with your employee’s User account in AXLE is correct. Any discrepancies in the email address could prevent them from receiving the welcome email.
- Check Spam Folder: Ask your employee to check their email’s spam or junk folder. Sometimes, automated emails like welcome messages can be filtered into these folders by email providers. If they find the welcome email in their spam folder, they should mark it as ‘Not Spam’ to ensure future AXLE emails are delivered to their inbox.
- Create a Support Ticket: If neither of the above steps identifies the issue with the missing welcome email, please open a ticket by emailing help@axl3.com. Our support team will investigate the issue and assist in ensuring your employee receives their welcome email promptly.
