If the pricing options you’ve configured in Mindbody aren’t appearing in your AXLE portal, you can manually refresh the system to sync the latest updates. Here’s how:

  1. Access Settings:
    • In the top-right corner of your AXLE portal, click the gear icon.
  2. Navigate to Pricing:
    • Under the Reset menu, look for Pricing.
  3. Reset Pricing Data:
    • Click on Reset to initiate a manual refresh.

While AXLE maintains an ongoing sync with Mindbody throughout the day, this manual reset ensures that any recent changes you’ve made are promptly reflected in the portal.

If, after performing these steps, the pricing options still don’t appear, consider the following:
