  3. Select a Text Message Conversation: Click into a text message conversation with a client for whom you want to create a Quick Text.
  4. Access Quick Text Manager: Within the conversation, you will see options for sending messages. Next to the ‘Send’ button, there should be a lightning bolt icon. Click on the lightning bolt icon to access the Quick Text manager.
  5. Manage Quick Texts: In the Quick Text manager, you can manage your existing Quick Texts and create new ones. Click on ‘Manage Quick Texts’ to proceed.
  6. Create a New Quick Text: To create a new Quick Text, click ‘Add Item.’ This will allow you to define the content of your new Quick Text.
  7. Customize Your Quick Text: In the Quick Text editor, you can customize the script as needed. Create a title for your Quick Text, add the message content, and any other relevant details.
  8. Save Your Quick Text: After customizing your Quick Text, make sure to save it. You can create as many Quick Texts as you’d like for different scenarios or responses.
  9. Edit Before Sending: When responding to a client, you will have the option to select and insert a Quick Text. However, you can also edit the Quick Text before sending it to tailor the response to the specific client or situation.
  10. Team Accessibility: Quick Texts are available and visible to everyone on your team, making them a useful tool for maintaining consistency in client communication.

By following these steps, you can create and use Quick Texts to streamline your text message responses and provide efficient and consistent communication with clients in AXLE.
